Nothing says summer more than a margarita! But why have the same old sugary concoction when you could try a bold and refreshing new flavor profile? These jalapeno cucumber mint margaritas are a little sweet, a little spicy, and a whole lot delicious!
Yield: 1 drink
Total Time: 5 minutes
- 4 ounces Be Mixed Cucumber Mint Cocktail Mixer
- 1.5 ounces silver tequila
- 2 jalapeno slices (use more for additional spice)
- 2 lime wedges
- Rimming Sugar (or salt if that's your preference)
Step One. Take one lime wedge and rum the rim of the margarita glass with it. Pour your sugar (or salt) on a plate and lightly press the rim of the glass into the sugar. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.
Step Two. Fill a cocktail shaker with a couple pieces of ice, the Be Mixed Cocktail Mixer, tequila, jalapeno slices, and the juice of one lime wedge. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. (This usually turns into an impromptu dance break for me).
Step Three. Strain the cocktail mixture into your margarita glass and top with additional jalapeno slices for garnish.
